Taste your way through the towns of the Blue Mountains before driving onto Rylstone via the widest canyon in the world, the Capertee Valley.

The Valley is home to endangered birds and wildlife and is a magnificent gateway to the Mudgee wine region.
Edwina Bartholomew and husband Neil Varcoe have lovingly restored an 1890's sandstone farmhouse - Warramba - a 3 hour drive west of Sydney in the Capertee Valley.
